### Where does our data live?

Switzerland. Hosted, operated and supported locally, DSG-compliant, with no data leakage. Enterprise deployments can be placed wherever your policy requires.

### Do you train on our documents?

No. Not us, not the model providers. This is contractual, not a settings toggle.

### What happens when we leave?

You export the Brain — objects, provenance and all — as structured data. We index in place, so your source systems were never hostage.

### Is the free plan a trial?

No. Free stays free. It is capped — 10 documents, 2 users, 10 questions a day — not time-limited.

### What if the plans do not fit?

Enterprise is sized around your documents, users, agents and tools. We also help with onboarding, data migration and special cases such as multiple locations or industry requirements.
