- Do I need an account?
- No. You can ask 3 questions a day without one. A free account raises that to 5 a day and keeps your chat history; Plus allows 300 a day.
- Where is my data processed?
- In Switzerland, on the same hosted model stack as the yeos platform. Web search queries are sent from our servers, without your account ID or IP address.
- Are my chats used to train AI models?
- No. Conversations are never used for model training.
- How do I cancel Plus?
- Any time, from your account page on chat.yeos.ai. Your account then returns to the free plan.
- Is yeos Chat the same as the yeos platform?
- No. yeos Chat is for individuals. The yeos platform is built for organizations: it works with your own documents, keeps an organizational memory and runs agents.
