What matters when choosing

Data and jurisdiction: where are prompts, documents and histories stored and processed? Which models run where – and does any feature (web search, for example) still call an external service?

Access to company knowledge: do employees upload files one by one, or does the platform connect to SharePoint, Outlook and the systems where the knowledge already lives – and keep it current?

Traceability: does every answer name its source? Can you see when two documents disagree? Are decisions kept together with where they came from?

From answering to doing: can the platform prepare drafts, run on a schedule, or work with other systems via API and MCP – and does it wait for your approval?

Price and getting started: per user or flat? Is there a permanent free plan or only a trial? Does it need a project, or can you start within an hour?

How these comparisons are made

We are a vendor ourselves, so we follow two rules: every statement about another vendor comes from its own website and is cited with source and date on the page. And every page also says who the other vendor is the better choice for.
