evoya AI alternative: evoya and yeos

Choice of models or company knowledge with sources

evoya from Uster bundles more than 30 language models, agents, website bots and meeting transcription in one platform. yeos focuses on answering questions about your existing company knowledge with sources and preparing work from it. Both target Swiss SMEs, among others.

01

What is evoya AI?

Evoya AI GmbH, founded in 2024 as a spin-off of the agency insign, offers according to its website access to more than 30 language models – including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and open-source models in Switzerland – plus agents, search, website bots, email automation and "Konversa" for meeting transcription including Swiss German.

The vendor says the processing location can be set to Switzerland, the EU or the US; platform data is stored by default in ISO 27001 certified data centres in Switzerland. An on-premise option is also offered.

02

Where evoya is strong

If you want to choose and compare different models, evoya offers a wide selection under one interface, showing provider and server location for each model.

On top come website chatbots, Swiss German transcription, an on-premise offer and an agency behind it that builds missing interfaces or MCP servers as a service.

03

Where yeos differs

yeos is built for one job: answers from your company knowledge in which every statement names the document it came from. If two documents disagree, yeos shows both. If it does not know, it says so.

The Brain keeps decisions, commitments and open questions from conversations and documents together with their source. The same question does not have to be researched twice, and later you can still see why something was decided.

SharePoint and Teams are connected directly in yeos and stay in sync; Jira, Confluence, Slack and your own systems via API and MCP are part of the product. Prices are per organisation, not by credit consumption.

04

Which one fits?

evoya fits organisations looking for a broad ChatGPT alternative with many models, website bots or transcription – and municipalities, schools and healthcare organisations, for which evoya lists many references.

yeos fits SMEs that mainly need answers from their own documents that can be checked, and that do not want to lose knowledge over time.
