Infomaniak Euria and yeos

Personal assistant or knowledge for the whole team

Euria is the AI assistant from Geneva-based Infomaniak: free, hosted in Switzerland and built into kSuite. yeos also runs at Infomaniak – and adds connected company knowledge, a Brain and agents for teams to a personal assistant.

01

What is Euria?

Infomaniak describes Euria as an ethical, sovereign AI assistant: web-assisted answers, writing, correcting and translating, summaries, email drafts, dictation and meeting transcription, and analysis of uploaded files. Euria is available in the browser, as an app and inside kSuite (Mail, kChat, kDrive).

According to Infomaniak, Euria is hosted exclusively in Switzerland, uses open-source models without external services, and neither stores data nor uses it for training. It is free to use, even without an account.

02

Where Euria is strong

For personal use, Euria is one of the most accessible sovereign alternatives to ChatGPT: free, usable without an account, with a clear stance on privacy and training.

kSuite users get Euria directly in mail, chat and kDrive – in higher kSuite Pro plans also for searching and analysing files in kDrive.

03

Where yeos differs

In Euria you work with uploaded files, projects and – in kSuite – kDrive. Connections to SharePoint or Microsoft 365 are not mentioned. yeos connects directly to SharePoint and Teams, keeps documents in sync and makes them usable for the whole team with roles and workspaces.

Every answer in yeos names the document it came from and shows contradictions. The Brain keeps decisions, commitments and open questions with their source, and agents run on a schedule or in response to events, connected to Jira, Confluence, Slack and other systems via API and MCP.

04

Which one fits?

Euria fits personal productivity – writing, translation, summaries, transcription – and organisations that already work with kSuite.

yeos fits SMEs whose knowledge lives in SharePoint, mail and business systems and who want sourced answers and prepared work from it as a team. The two are not mutually exclusive.
