Swisscom Swiss AI Assistant and yeos

Personal assistants or connected company knowledge

Since February 2026, Swisscom has offered the Swiss AI Assistant, a chatbot in which employees build their own assistants from uploaded documents, run in Swisscom data centres in Switzerland. yeos connects to the systems where your knowledge already lives and also prepares work from it.

01

What is the Swiss AI Assistant?

Swisscom describes the Swiss AI Assistant as an internal knowledge chatbot: employees upload Word and PDF documents into their own assistants, ask questions about them, get summaries and drafts. Answers show their sources and assistants can be shared.

According to Swisscom, data is stored and processed entirely in Swiss data centres and not used for training. Open models such as GPT OSS, Qwen, Mistral and Gemma can be selected. The platform underneath is Swisscom’s Swiss AI Platform.

02

Where the Swiss AI Assistant is strong

A well-known Swiss provider, infrastructure in its own data centres, a choice of open models and a flat monthly price per company with no minimum term: for many SMEs this is an easy way in.

Setup is self-service, and a one-month trial is free and does not turn into a subscription automatically.

03

Where yeos differs

With the Swiss AI Assistant, documents are uploaded into individual assistants and, according to Swisscom, are visible only to the person who uploaded them. Connections to SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or Outlook are not mentioned on the product page. yeos connects directly to SharePoint and Teams, keeps documents in sync and makes them usable for the whole team with roles and workspaces.

The Brain in yeos keeps decisions, commitments and open questions with their source; contradictions between documents are shown instead of quietly resolved.

Agents in yeos run on a schedule or in response to events, prepare offers and replies, and connect to Jira, Confluence, Slack and other systems via API and MCP. Agents, API or MCP are not described for the Swiss AI Assistant.

04

Which one fits?

The Swiss AI Assistant fits organisations that want a private chat over selected documents, already work with Swisscom and see no need for integrations.

yeos fits SMEs whose knowledge is spread across SharePoint, mail and business systems, who want to use it together and move from answers to prepared work.
