Document templates: Word layouts your agents fill in
Upload your Word templates once — quote, project status, meeting minutes. Placeholders such as {{ project_name }} mark where content belongs. Then ask the agent for the matching template: it fills the placeholders with structured values and you download a finished DOCX. Templates apply to an organisation or a workspace, are versioned, and are excluded from knowledge search by default. Macros are not supported and are never executed.

- Book more API usage — with a spend limit: when your included volume runs out you can allow further API calls instead of being blocked. You set the ceiling yourself and can see how much has been used at any time in the subscription area.
