Your documents and conversations turn into verifiable claims, Word templates fill themselves in, and Excel workbooks get analysed properly — the August 2026 product updates at a glance.

Monthly product update · August 2026

Your documents and conversations turn into verifiable claims: the Brain spots contradictions automatically, and you close knowledge gaps right inside a normal chat — no separate maintenance tool required.

Document templates: Word layouts your agents fill in

A Word template with placeholders and the document generated from it
Flagship release · Headline feature

Upload your Word templates once — quote, project status, meeting minutes. Placeholders such as {{ project_name }} mark where content belongs. Then ask the agent for the matching template: it fills the placeholders with structured values and you download a finished DOCX. Templates apply to an organisation or a workspace, are versioned, and are excluded from knowledge search by default. Macros are not supported and are never executed.

Latest improvements

An Excel workbook and the analysis generated from it
Documents · Analyse Excel spreadsheets

Analyse Excel spreadsheets: upload XLSX workbooks and yeos does more than read them as text — it analyses the tables and returns the analysis as a document, with properly formatted tables.

A welcome conversation with suggestion cards
Onboarding · Welcome conversation with suggestions

Welcome conversation with suggestions: new organisations start with a localised welcome conversation, including cards with concrete next steps directly in the chat.

A chat request to “turn this into a pdf” with the generated PDF ready to download
Document creation · Word and PDF straight out of yeos

Word and PDF straight out of yeos: have results produced as a finished document — DOCX or PDF, with formatted tables and correct special characters. Download it and pass it on, without copy-paste.

Under-the-hood improvements

  • Your own logo and plan entitlements: add your organisation logo including the crop — features are now cleanly unlocked per plan.
  • Microsoft 365 via the Files MCP server: Microsoft 365 access now runs through the Files MCP server — more stable and consistent with the other integrations.
  • Book more API usage — with a spend limit: when your included volume runs out you can allow further API calls instead of being blocked. You set the ceiling yourself and can see how much has been used at any time in the subscription area.

Built and hosted in Switzerland: sovereign, private and secure enterprise automation — tailored to Swiss compliance.
