Brain
Brain turns conversations and documents into organizational memory that can be inspected, corrected, and reused. It connects evidence to the decisions, initiatives, deliverables, outcomes, and learnings that depend on it.
What Brain does
Brain is the organizational learning layer in yeos. It creates traceable records from the information already available to your organization and keeps evidence and uncertainty attached to each record. It does not replace your source documents or silently approve work.

Brain observes relevant signals, decisions, and gaps in conversations and indexed documents.

Related objects are linked so you can follow evidence from a source to an action and its outcome.

Authorized users can inspect, investigate, retry, resolve, retire, or supersede items.
Learn
Confirmed learnings become reusable knowledge with provenance and a timeline.
Inspect the evidence
Open an item to review its source documents, locations, retrieval metadata, and timeline. Generated summaries are not a replacement for the underlying source.
Keep uncertainty visible
Knowledge gaps, failed items, and superseded knowledge remain visible until they are addressed, so your team can understand what changed and why.
Enable Brain
Brain is disabled by default. An organization owner or admin can enable it in Organization Settings. Organization Brain shows only organization-level records; workspace Brain focuses on the selected workspace while respecting document and conversation access boundaries.
Common questions
What is the difference between organization and workspace Brain?
Organization Brain contains only organization-level records. Workspace Brain focuses on one workspace and uses the same scope boundaries as workspace documents and conversations.
Can generated records be corrected?
Yes. Authorized users can inspect timelines and maintain records by resolving, retiring, retrying, or superseding them. Corrections remain part of the history.
Who can access Brain records?
Brain follows the organization and workspace access boundaries used elsewhere in yeos. It is opt-in per organization, and administrative actions are limited to authorized users.
